Peter Nowak has a lot of roles to play for the Philadelphia Union. From bringing in players to organizing them on the pitch, 2011 was a mixed bag for the Union chief. But if he learned one thing this year, it was how to interact with the fans. Through Twitter and a better understanding of what it means to be the face of a beloved franchise, Nowak embraced the Union’s 12th man. What will 2012 hold for the biggest name on the Union?
