Match recaps from last night’s game:

Kansas City players are disappointed with the draw.

MLSSoccer.com says MacMath shined in goal.

The IllegitimateS have a blog post about Zach Pfeffer by Pfeffer’s twin brother, Jared, who is a pretty good soccer player in his own right for Upper Dublin High School and FC Delco.

First place Columbus plays Los Angeles tonight, and MLSSoccer.com has a preview. The Union are one point behind Columbus in the standings, and they’ve each played 29 games. Kansas City is tied in points with Columbus but has played 30 games.

Here’s what the playoff picture looks like after Seattle and Real Salt Lake became the latest teams to clinch postseason spots.

(Now if only Everton could sign a striker. They deployed a nice little 4-6 against Man City this morning. No, Tim Cahill is not a striker.)

FIFA has banned a top CONCACAF official for his role in the (latest) Jack Warner scandal.

It’s Saturday. Go play soccer.
