Colombian reports say the Union captain could move to Deportivo Cali, but the Union say there have been no talks between the teams and Mondragon is in camp with the Union. PSP has a report and commentary. UPDATE: The Union closed Monday practice after a subsequent Colombian report quoted Mondragon saying he’s moving to Cali.
