  • Jamaica has qualified for this summer’s Gold Cup.
  • Haiti had already qualified for the Gold Cup, so Azerbaijan was a friendly.
  • Hungary and Israel are both in UEFA Nations League play. Both have now been relegated from League A to League B for the next cycle of competition.
  • Venezuela is in CONMEBOL world cup qualification, currently seventh of ten with four of the 18 matches still left to play.

In the photo of the USYNT Men’s U18s taken after their closing 4-3 win over Norway, the tallest person on the back line is Neil Pierre. On the photo’s right-hand side, standing next to the player with the orange armband, is former Union II head coach, Marlon LeBlanc, who was the U18s head coach for this training camp. The team was celebrating the fact that of the three sides that competed against each other during the break, they finished with the most points. In other words, had it been a formal tournament competition, they would have won the group.

  1. Very helpful information. thanks!

  2. Something to watch out for, Blake went down twice with different injuries in the last Jamaica game – hopefully it was nothing big
