  1. The article posted today on the Union website about what comes next in the calendar contains a link to the rules for the expansion draft, as well as all the other end-of-season roster adjustment mechanisms.

    It is worth noting two things. The clubs who lost players last season to either Miami or Nashville are exempt from this year’s draft. And this year clubs may protect 12 players, not just 11.

    Other rules are as expected.
