US Soccer’s referees director says Jaime Moreno’s goal against Philadelphia Union should have been disallowed, MLSSoccer.com reports. Does that get Chris Seitz off the hook? Well … Sebastien Le Toux already sort of did that.

  1. Glad to see a little bit of reprieve for Chris Seitz. Anyone who knows a lick about soccer knew that was completely illegal. The law states in with tremendous clarity. Just another one that Terry Vaughn bottled. (Fox Soccer commentators were enthralled by the play and spoke at length about the smarts of the “wily” veteran Moreno. In their eyes it was smart to fake as if he would tackled the goalkeeper to throw him off his rhythm. Brainless)
