Peter Nowak might have a claim to MLS executive of the year, but his questionable lineup choices have cost the Union points for two years. Now it’s playoff time, and there will be no decision more important for the Union than the starting lineups. This is Nowak’s time to prove he’s truly a great coach. Will he do it?
