A Le Toux free kick was enough to see a ten-man Union side over San Jose.
PSP photographer Paul Rudderow was on the sidelines for Saturday afternoon’s match between the Philadelphia Union and the San Jose Earthquakes. The Union walked away with a 1–0 win with the help of a penalty kick goal by Sebastien Le Toux. Faryd Mondragon and the Union defence recorded the shutout.
Phoenix SC will face Maryland Bays on Sunday with the winner advancing to the USASA Region 1 semifinals on May 22.

The Union will host Everton in a friendly on Wednesday, July 20 at PPL Park. The game is included in the ticket package of full season ticket holders. Individual tickets will go on sale on Monday, May 9 after a season ticket holder pre-sale on May 4.
