The website MLSNEXT.com has posted and sources at the Philadelphia Union have confirmed that the Philadelphia Union Academy U15s have made the final of MLS NEXT Cup in their age group.
They will play Atlanta United U15s at 8:30 AM this Saturday, June 21st. We have also confirmed that the match will be live-streamed on MLS’s YouTube page.
The Union U15s qualified for the championship match by drawing St. Louis CITY U15s 1-1 earlier today and winning the consequent penalty Kick shootout 5-4.
We believe that in general U15s are normally birth year 2010 players. The official club website lists Ben Moane as their head coach (see photo).
