Both teams had upset higher seeded finishers in the United Premier Soccer League’s Northeast-American conference tournament to play in the match that served both as the conference tournament’s final and a UPSL regional semifinal. UDS are a team of high school seniors and juniors who train every day. Visually, New Jersey looked faster, stronger, and older. Overall, according to UDS head coach Fred da Silva UPSL players can be as many as five or even seven years older than his boys, the oldest of whom was 18 years old.

With his first touch after coming on as a substitute for Noe Uwimana in the 37th minute, Marcos Zambrano scored on a bicycle kick in the 41st minute to level the match at 1-1.

From the 81st minute NJ Alliance played with ten men and without their head coach. A disputed second yellow card created those circumstances. The Alliance said the referee was wrong that it was a second yellow, the referee disagreed.

I get the money made MLS do it. I was holding out hope that it would be included as content with regular Apple TV.
      .
Just have a suspicion that the short term (10 years) gain is coming against building out a fan base beyond that.
      .
I cannot imagine they’re going to be selling a lot of these subscriptions at that price. I try to get down to a game or two each season, and definitely would watch or at least record the games on WPHL17 the last few years, but I’m not shelling out $150 on top of all the other streaming services I subscribe to.

  4. Just amazing….

Bernie Madoff’s buddies… The Wilpons… who last bought and owned the Mets with that dirty money…. own the ‘public land’ now being developed by NYCFC for their stadium.

  5. According to MLS’s transfer tracker, Burke is going to sign with New Jersey as a free agent.
