  1. Fontana is up for Goal of the Week.

  2. I need me some Aaronson transfer confirmation. Please just confirm it guys. Make it official. Put it in the history books.

  3. that USA today article: “Ilson Pereira scored” me:”who the hell is Ilson Pereira?” LOL!

City… oh, man, was that a beating by Leicester. Vardy is a City killer.

Toronto look to be our first real competitor in awhile. a “how do we make this work?” Miami in the pouring rain, a midweek snoozefest against lowly Cincy, a 10 man roster NE, and a dysfunctional NJPC aren’t true metrics of playoff quality/

    • Our home and away against Toronto and the away game in Columbus coming up loom large.
      .
Next wknd we could be sitting in the top spot of the league w/a win.

    • Vardy’s flicked goal was sensational. Anyone who hasn’t seen it, go find the highlight. Madison’s blast was also stunning.

Pep is really a confusing guy. He’s constantly getting killed by Vardy. Doesn’t really adjust. Pulls Fernadinho (for a striker) before the hour mark and just gets absolutely carved open. I don’t understand what he’s thinking there.

Toronto’s win keeps us in striking distance of the shield, but it only matters if we beat Toronto ourselves. They’re a great team but we gotta get the job done. Bedoya will be rested and I think this is by far the best midfield we’ve ever had. Probably the best back 5 as well.
