Deets on Alumni Night, August 24th, when the Union play D.C. United. Vincent Nogueira will make a cameo and reveal why he returned to France in 2016.
The Union and Reading United played a friendly last night, which wasn’t streamed. Anthony Fontana had the lone goal. Sergio Santos picked up a minor ankle injury in the first half. Andrew Wooten started, coming off in the 56th minute. More over on Joe Tansey’s Twitter feed.
Is the glass half empty or half full?

Trivia of the day
Apparently, Alexi Lalas is a singer-songwriter in a retro radio-friendly sort of way. Better musician than a soccer celebrity, I say.

Nice story about Ertz. Well done, Jonathan!

Only 10yrs – you have to take history where you can get it.
.
It’s good to see that guys want to come back for this.
Ahh Noguiera… I wonder if he realizes how much he was/is loved here? I wonder if he cares? Would be cool if he actually did came back for Alumni Night
Nogueira has been back to Talen before, I believe at some point in 2017. Not surprised he’s not coming back for this, though.
I didn’t know that… or at least didn’t remember. Thanks!
