News roundup: Union sign Wooten, Steel back in Bethlehem tomorrow and WWC 16 set

In case you missed it, the Union have signed forward Andrew Wooten from the 2. Bundesliga’s SV Sandhausen.

The Men in Blazers came to town last night. They got a chance to announce Wooten’s signing.

The Steel are back in Bethlehem tomorrow night! Kickoff is at 5 PM in Goodman Stadium against Eastern conference leaders, the Tampa Bay Rowdies.

    Wooten is a professional signing and was presented, like Fabian, in a professional way. It’s been ten years but this club is starting to look and feel professional.

    Cant say enough about how happy I am this team did not stand pat. To me, it really shows how the club is growing and how Tanner is a proper Sporting Director. They had a need. They filled it. Tanner has been doing this since his arrival. Beyond excited for the second half of the season.
