On a warm Wednesday night, Charlotte FC took a trip up the coast, visiting Subaru Park to take on the Union.

Entering the game on a 7-game unbeaten streak, Union were the favorites to win the match, furthered by them being in their home stadium, which has been a fortress in recent years. As expected, the home side took the match, enjoying a comfortable 1-0 win thanks to an own goal forced by #10, Daniel Gazdag. Despite 2 offside goals and a plethora of missed calls, the Boys in Blue finished strong, adding another clean sheet to the record and extending the undefeated streak.
