In pictures: Philadelphia Union 1-0 Atlas FC

A beautiful night at Subaru Park ended with a win for the Philadelphia Union over Atlas FC in the first leg quarterfinals of the Concacaf Champions League. It was an intense game with a lot of physical battles and aggressive play. A red card was issued in extra time during the first half to Atlas player, Anderson Santamaría. Atlas players, José Abella and Brian Lozano were both issued yellow cards in the 64th and 89th minutes. The Union took the lead late in the second half with a PK taken by Dániel Gazdag.

The second leg Quarterfinal match will be played at Jalisco Stadium in Guadalajara, Mexico on Wednesday, April 12. The Union return to MLS play on April 8 at TQL Stadium where they will they will face FC Cincinnati.
