In pictures: Philadelphia Union 1-0 Chicago Fire FC

It was another cold night at Subaru Park when the Philadelphia Union took on Chicago Fire FC.

The game ended in a 1-0 win for the Union, though Chicago was aggressive with their play – resulting in 6 yellow cards and 2 reds, with Fabian Herbers and Kei Kamara each receiving suspensions. The Union had 5 yellow cards of their own during the game.

More trouble, in the 33rd minute Andre Blake went down with a possible groin injury, leaving the field and going to the locker room. Joe Bendick took his spot and registered a clean sheet for the night.

The Union squeaked out a goal in the 90th minute off the foot of Joaquin Torres, his first of the season. Jose Martínez was credited with the assist. Quinn Sullivan scored a second goal that was called back because he was offside.

A familiar scene in the game, the medical teams were summoned to the field multiple times adding over 15 minutes of stoppage time to the entire game.
