The Union will host Pachuca in an international friendly in September at Subaru Park.

The Union U17 and U15 teams will take part in the GA Cup.

  1. One of the best parts about being a Union fan these days is to see our homegrown kids making big contributions to the national team. It’s confirmation that the organization is really doing things the right way.

    • I look at how many FC Dallas alums are on the Union roster, and I imagine the Union are going to be like that too. Right now we have one sure lock in Brenden Aaronson, and two players on varying degrees of the fringe in McKenzie and Trusty. But all of Jack DeVries, Paxten Aaronson and Quinn Sullivan have interesting national team potential, and I suspect at least one of them will break through.

    So if the Union are playing a team from Liga MX in a friendly I’m guessing that the final Leagues Cup as the way we know it isn’t happening this year?
