PSG …yet again with a moment of Yetzer Hara.

They see their highest self. They self sabotage… every single time. I cannot tell you how many times they have given up the silliest of home goals or worse, multiple home goals at this exact stage of the tournament.

    Amazing.

  2. Are the Curtin to Salzburg rumors coming from anywhere other than Matt Doyle saying it’d be a good move? I don’t think Curtin is necessarily a bad hire, but iirc he doesn’t have a UEFA license, so that’d make it a lot harder for him to get the job. Given the desirability of the Salzburg spot, that might be enough to sink his chances.

    • Taylor Twellman later on came in and said based on what he is hearing it is not so farfetched, and TT has good sources. But chances are it was Salzburg sniffing around and maybe doing a quick resume check only. Curtin has that potential but it’s too early, and the license is a problem as you said.

I saw a tweet from Taylor Twellman that implied he’s at least on Salzburg’s list of possible candidates, but nothing concrete has come out, to my knowledge.
