He’s been with Philadelphia Union since the beginning, and he’s the guest on the latest edition of the KYW Philly Soccer Show.
Play-by-play man JP Dellacamera sits down with KYW’s Greg Orlandini and PSP’s Mike Servedio to give his unique perspective on this season, which is shaping into the team’s most successful in its seven-year history.
Dellacamera talks about the additions to the the team and the effect they’ve had so far this season. Greg and Mike also talk with JP about his year so far in the booth, and the fact that he has gone through quite a few broadcast partners this season.
The guys then look at the last week for the Union, which saw them pick up 6 points in the standings with wins at Columbus and at home against Sporting Kansas City. The team looks to be continue their campaign to reach the playoffs with a visit to the struggling Chicago Fire this Saturday. They will do so without goalkeeper Andre Blake (Jamaica) and midfielder Alejandro Bedoya (USA) who are away with their national teams for World Cup qualifiers.
