The Philadelphia Union’s results last week incited a gamut of emotions, and the KYW Philly Soccer Show is here to get a handle on it all.
First, there was that gritty, 2-1 road win at MLS Cup holder’s Sporting KC. Then, a 5-3 throttling, at home, at the hands of the New England Revolution.
In the latest edition of the KYW Philly Soccer Show, KYW’s Greg Orlandini and PSP’s Eli Pearlman-Storch are joined by Union defender Ray Gaddis. The speedy outside back talks about the need to for the team to execute better, especially on defense.
Gaddis, who has played on both the left and right of the defense this season, says more consistent play is needed as well.
The Union are now preparing for two road games, playing the LA Galaxy this Sunday, May 25, and then Chivas USA on Saturday, May 31.
