The Union continue to steamroll the likes of LA Galaxy, Atlanta United, and Pittsburgh Riverhounds – OK, only one of those was a walk – and continue to struggle to put away teams like Inter Miami. Is their trouble in putting away elite teams a problem? Jeremy and Chris are back at it again, 3 games and 3 points at a time, though this time 4 games and 2 points, which is also roughly six.

Please rip the Apple TV broadcast from the TFC match. They missed 30 seconds of game action while going over the bench lineups, they showed Vassilev isolation shot while talking about his heat map and missed two throw ins, and worst of all cut away from Union attacking at top of the box to show the 4th official holding up the stoppage time.
Enjoyed the podcast, but particularly the discussion in the end on Carnell v. Curtin and how nearly all of MLS is middle class. I’ve always found that to be a strange and wonderful part of this league. Top contenders can tumble in a season. Cup winners can come from absolute disaster. Agree that a Gareth Bale on the bench can be a difference maker. It’s how Seattle took us out in the Open Cup Final in 2014 — they could go to the bench to bring in Obafemi Martins. We had Pedro Ribeiro. And our top signing was Rais Mbohli.

Anyway, loved the discussion. Appreciate it.
Thanks for taking my question on the coach comparison. Different than I expected which I appreciated very much. It does seem
To me that as far as roster build goes Carnells energy drink buy in got him more players that fit like Lukin, vassilev, damiani
Even Danley. Jim got Lowe, Torres, etc and the response that he’s not playing kids. I think that’s tough for Jim. He didn’t get what he needed for his style where Carnell has.
Great episode again fellas.
We have Carnell when we go to MLS Cup final, we are holding a damn trophy ….This is a real coach

They do less of this crap than they did last season, but My God it is annoying as hell when they do it…
