The Union did it again!

On Thursday the 20th of October, the Philadelphia Union took on FC Cincinnati for the chance to reach the Eastern Conference final. The Boys in Blue battled it out and defended their goal goal, showing why they have both the MLS Goalkeeper of the Year and MLS Defender of the Year anchoring the backline.

A few highlights from the game came when Leon Flach scored in the 59th minute, his first goal in the Playoffs. Andre Blake registered his 2nd Playoff clean sheet as well. With a 9 game winning streak at home, the team and fans have made Subaru Park a fortress this year. The Union play again on October 30th for a chance to go to their first MLS Cup.

A free concert by Philly Rapper Freeway, helped set the tone for the night.

Marching into battle, the Sons of Ben enter the stadium and march through the concourse to the River End.
