What a night for the Philadelphia Union!

The Boys in Blue clinched their playoff spot on Wednesday night, the first in the Eastern Conference to do so. Individual players also hit milestones during the 4-1 win over Atlanta United, with Kai Wagner passing Haris Medunjanin for second place in most assists for the Union and Daniel Gazdag scoring the most goals for the Union in a single season with six games to go.

Andre Blake was recognized with a framed jersey commemorating his 200th start. Blake joins Ray Gaddis as the only other Union player to hit that mark.

Along with those accomplishments, the Union’s front trio of Gazdag, Julian Carranza, and Mikael Uhre made club history by each hitting the mark of scoring 10 goals in a single season. With other milestones accomplished that night, the Union are putting their stamp on the MLS.
