In this space last time, I noted that some metrics peg the U as one of the best teams in the league. At the time, it seemed almost like wishful thinking, but in the games since then (starting with the 2–0 loss to LA), the Union have lived up to that billing. Do we dare to dream that the Union are finally good? I.e., in a stable, sustainable way? It’s starting to look that way, and Ernst Tanner has had a lot to do with it. There’s a whole lot of good things to talk about this time out.
