Applications are now being accepted for nomination into the Southeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Hall of Fame, class of 2016, which will be presented at the Hall’s annual banquet on Saturday, May 14, 2016.
Nominations are being accepted for the following categories:
- Male team coach of the year
- Female team coach of the year
- Male player of the year
- Female player of the year
- Club of the year
- Referee of the year
As an added feature at this year’s banquet, the SEPA Soccer Hall of Fame will be honoring all women who played or coached at high schools and/or colleges in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
How to nominate someone for the SEPA Soccer Hall of Fame
Nominations are accepted for someone who has contributed to the game of soccer in Southeastern Pennsylvania as a player, referee, administrator, promoter, or any combination of these.
Nominations must be typed and limited to one page if possible. Please list all soccer and any non-soccer accomplishments with corresponding years. The person’s accomplishments should be listed in the bullet style as per the following example:
• John Smith was an all-city selection at Walt Whitman High School 1996-1998
• He is the all-time leading goal scorer for the University of Kensington
• Etc.
The nominating person must list their name and phone number in case they need to contacted or any clarifications.
How to submit a nomination
Nominations can be submitted in one of the following ways:
- Mail the nomination to: SEPA Soccer Hall of Fame, P.O. Box 16114, Philadelphia, PA 19114
- Email the nomination as an attachment to info@sepasoccerhall.com.
- Hand deliver the nomination to Bob Kozlowski, Gordon Dunlop, Jr. or any member of our Board of Directors.
