In the season of giving, the Sons of Ben are asking for your help to participate in the supporters group’s biggest charity event of the year, Help Kick Hunger.

The fifth annual Help Kick Hunger charity event will take place this Saturday at Brauhaus Schmitz on South Street from 6-9 pm.

HKH is held to raise funds for the Bernadine Center in Chester, a community outreach center and food pantry. The HKH event held last January at the Fieldhouse in conjunction with the 2014 NSCAA Convention raised over $10,000 in funds, and over 400 lbs. of food donations.

The SoB’s need your help to eclipse those numbers, and you can do so by clicking here to purchase tickets for the event. Buying online will save you $5 compared to buying a ticket at the door.

Your ticket will give you access to a three hour open bar, during which you can sample some of the finest beers Brauhaus Schmitz has to offer, as well as small bites such as the always popular German Pretzels. Also included with your ticket is the chance to win some great prizes in the event’s raffle and silent auction, which will feature items from Philadelphia Union players and businesses from around the area.
