Delaware and Lehigh Valley Union fans will be able to see every Union match of the 2010 season live on TV. But you better have HD.
Philadelphia Union announced its local broadcast schedule for the 2010 season.6abc or its sister station, Live Well HD Network, will broadcast the 18 games not covered by FSC or ESPN, ESPN2 or ESPN Deportes. Of these 18 games, nine will be available on Live Well HD, six will be available on 6abc, with the broadcast home of three matches still to be determined.

The Philly Soccer Page’s calendar of events also lists the television info for games. You can access the calendar by clicking on the EVENTS link in the top right-hand corner of the PSP or via the upcoming events list on the sidebar. Just click on the event, and it will show you the television info.
Each broadcast will be preceded by a 30 minute pregame show.
The Union also announced that Kyle Martino, the 2002 MLS Rookie of the Year who played for Columbus Crew and LA Galaxy and had 8 caps with the US national team, will join JP Dellacamera in the broadcast booth.
In a press release, Union president Tom Veit said, “We know with the size of our stadium and with our ever-growing fan base, most fans will experience Union games in part on television so it is with the utmost importance that we strive to create the best local broadcast in Major League Soccer. We believe with WPVI, our production crew and JP [Dellacamera] and Kyle, we will do just that.”
Bernie Prazenica, President and General Manager of 6abc, added, “We are committed to bringing Major League Soccer to all fans in the Delaware and Lehigh Valleys.”
Eleven remaining matches in the 2010 season will be broadcast on FSC, ESPN or ESPN2. This Saturday’s home opener against DC United will be aired on FSC.
