In pictures: Philadelphia Union 2-1 New England Revolution

The Union were able to earn three points with a win late in the second half of game against New England Revolution, bringing their winning streak to three games.

The starting lineup had some new faces with Paxten Aaronson taking the role of the center attacking mid, while Jack McGlynn made his first start of the season in the midfield. The game started with Stuart Findlay, José Martínez, Jack McGlynn and Jakob Glesnes all taking shots on goal. The first half ended scoreless and uneventful.

In the second half, New England struck first with a goal in the 61st minute giving them the lead. Jim Curtin made early substitutions bringing in Mikael Uhre and Alejandro Bedoya for Leon Flach and Paxton Aaronson in the 63rd & 64th minutes. This new combination gave the Union the spark it needed and netted a goal by Uhre in the 75th minute. Kai Wagner registered his 10th assist on the year tying him for second in the MLS and making him the first Union player to achieve that many assists in a season. He currently has 27 in his career with the Union putting him in 3rd place. Daniel Gazdag took at PK in the 79th minute, securing the win for The Boys in Blue. Stuart Findlay made his final appearance for the team.
