Applications are now being taken for nomination into the Southeastern Pennsylvania Soccer Hall of Fame, class of 2015, which will be presented at our annual banquet on Saturday, May 9, 2015.

Nominations are also being accepted for the following award categories:

• Male team coach of the year
• Female team coach of the year
• Male player of the year
• Female player of the year
• Club of the year
• Referee of the year

How to nominate someone for consideration

Please follow these guidelines when nominating someone for the Hall of Fame. Nominations are accepted for someone who has contributed to the game of soccer in Southeastern Pennsylvania as a player, referee, administrator, promoter or any combination of these.

Nominations must be typed and limited to one page if possible. Please list all soccer and any non-soccer accomplishments with corresponding dates. The person’s accomplishments should be listed in the bullet style as per the following example:

• John Smith was an all-city selection at Walt Whitman High School 1996-1998.
• He is the all-time leading goal scorer for the University of Kensington.
• Etc.

The deadline for nominations is March 1, 2015.

How to submit a nomination

You can submit a nomination through several different means: By email (with the nomination as an attachment) to info@sepasoccerhall.com. You also may mail the nomination to:

Finally, you can hand deliver the nomination to Bob Kozlowski, Gordon Dunlop, Jr. or any member of the Board of Directors.

Induction ceremony on May 9

The inductions, along with other awards, will take place at SAPA SHOF’s  annual banquet. The 68th annual Hall of Fame banquet will be held on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Caanstatters Volklfest Verein.
