The winner of the Pennsylvania Open Cup will advance to regional competition in the Spring 2011. Regional winners advance to the Lamar Hunt Open Cup Competition.

    Phoenix SC beats Spirit 1-0 in the Open Cup Final, making it two straight!
    Will move on to regional play in the spring.
