D.C. was busy yesterday, wheeling and dealing like Lucius Malfoy at a Death Eaters convention. They also traded for fan un-favorite, Felipe Martins, and they’re allegedly pursuing Mesut Özil.

  1. i think i commented here years ago i had a dream that Mesut Özil was coming to Philly. what a ridiculous dream at the time. to go to DC, now… that is cruel.

totally doing Hulu etc bundle if i’m grandfathered in with current ESPN+ subscription.

NWSL need to shore up Sky Blue and Houston before expanding. i think both are actually better orgs now than at the beginning of the season. they’d likely get a significant bump in a market or two post WWC glow, but playing the long game, like MLS did, will pay off.

that Union Hulk tweet is priceless.
