In pictures: Philadelphia Union 2 – 2 Toronto FC

PSP photographer Paul Rudderow was on hand Saturday night as the Union came back to tie Toronto 2-2 on a very frigid night. Here’s what he saw.

  2. Check out the photo of the wall blocking Giovinco’s free kick. There is one player whose eyes are locked onto the ball – Derrick Jones! The natural tendency for most mortals is to close your eyes and turn your head as the shot is blasted at you. It’s a brave athlete that keeps that amount of focus to actually watch the ball smash into the knees of your teammate.
