SoccerNet reports that David Beckham decided to remain with the LA Galaxy as he sat around the Christmas tree with his family. The news comes from an unnamed source who says a contract has not been signed yet but when it is, Beckham will have the ability to play until he deems himself no longer fit and/or interested.

Adam- Gedion played this past weekend on ESPN3 with the Olney (MD) Rangers. Kid looked smooth through 1hr, never lost the ball, exellent composure and controlled the tempo. Then he pulled a ridiculous move and froze the whole defense and played a diagonal heel pace that was unreal. The kid is real good and I hope he plays for the US.
So what’s the story on him? Everything I see says he was leaning towards Germany but might be experiencing a change of heart.
