Camden County College’s mens team advanced to the NJCAA Division III national championship for the sixth straight season. They play Cayuga Community College today at 1:30 PM.

Haddonfield High School’s boys team state tournament run may have ended with a loss to Delran on Monday, but they ended the season on a high note with a 2-1 victory over West Deptford on Tuesday night at Talen Energy Stadium.

Third-seeded Shawnee High School’s girls team took down 10-seeded Kingsway, 2-1, on Wednesday in the South Jersey Group 4 semifinals to set up a championship showdown with top-seeded Eastern. It will be Shawnee’s fourth clash with Eastern.

MLS

The Whitecaps named Canadian Marc Dos Santos their head coach.

Two MLS outcomes from the midterm elections:

  • Miami voters gave David Beckham approval to negotiate stadium deal.
  • A Landon Donovan-led group trying to bring a team to San Diego saw its stadium initiative defeated, likely killing the city’s MLS hopes.

  1. Elliot and Przybylko were at mini-pitch opening. If I remember, Przybylko was signed for the reminder of the season with an option for next year. I wonder if his inclusion is any hint that his option was picked up.

    I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to
    writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
    I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be wasted
    simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints?
