With Josh Yaro down for the first three-to-five months of the season, it looks like the Union will rely on the veteran presence of center back Oguchi Onyewu to get the season off to a good start.

After a long career abroad, Onyewu returns to the United States for his first year in Major League Soccer. Gooch talks to KYW’s Greg Orlandini about how he ended up in Philadelphia, his excitement about returning to game action, and the Union’s young group of defensive talent.
